Industrial Stainless Steel Single Bag Filter Housing Unit

This stainless steel single bag filter housing is manufactured in SS304 or SS316L and uses one #1 or #2 filter bag supported by a perforated stainless steel basket. The housing features a swing eye-bolt cover, side inlet and bottom outlet, with thread, flange or tri-clamp connections available. Filter bags can be PP, PE, nylon, PTFE or stainless steel mesh with ratings from 1–200 μm.

Designed for industrial liquid filtration, the housing can operate at pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 120°C when the selected gasket and filter bag materials are suitable. Available gasket materials include NBR, EPDM, silicone, FKM and PTFE, with polishing, electropolishing or sandblasting surface treatments. It provides flexible industrial filtration solutions for process filtration, water treatment and OEM equipment sourcing.
