Stainless Steel Basket Strainer for Industrial Pipelines

This simplex basket strainer uses a cylindrical metal body with a removable top cover secured by multiple swing eye bolts. A lift-out stainless steel perforated basket captures suspended solids and debris, while optional wire mesh lining allows finer filtration where required. Flanged or threaded process connections can be configured for different industrial piping arrangements.

The strainer is rated up to 150 psi (10 bar), with a maximum operating temperature of 356°F (180°C) depending on body material, gasket selection and service conditions. Filtration ratings from 50 to 3,000 μm can be achieved through perforation and mesh selection. It is suitable for industrial filtration solutions used for pipeline debris removal, pump protection and process equipment protection.
